Daniel Peter Charlesworth my only son passed away on Sept 27th 1988 aged just 14 months, with Encephelitis.
He was very mischievious with a very cheeky smile.
Daniel had 1 big sister Claire and 2 little sisters Sophie & Amy(who he never met), but would have tormented them anyway.
He now plays in heaven with his nanna & grandad Charlesworth.

It has been 21 years since passed away, god only knows the reasons why he took you to his garden in the sky.
